coming off the juice feast

Author: My vlog of ‘i have had enough’ this morning:)
knowing that work awaits me this afternoon is just too much for me. I need more energy to be able to work behind the counter and give it my all for my last shift at inSpiral lounge. So, one banana later and I’m coming off the feast. It’s been an intense few days and I look forward to doing this again soon, but only when i have more relaxed things to do…work and feasting don’t work for me at this point!
